Health Guarantee for Every Pet Capuchin Monkey for Sale

All monkeys purchased from us come with a health guarantee. When you purchase a pet capuchin monkey for sale, your monkey’s health, well-being, and safety are our top priority.

Within 3 days of purchasing your new pet capuchin monkey, you must take him or her to a licensed veterinarian for an examination. If the veterinarian determines that your monkey is clinically ill or has died due to an injury or illness likely contracted before or on the date of sale and delivery, you have the following options:

• Return your pet capuchin monkey for sale for a complete refund

• Retain your monkey and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary fees, not exceeding the purchase price

Note: These options do not apply if the seller has disclosed in writing a pre-existing health condition with a veterinarian-issued certificate at the time of sale.

If, within 30 days of purchase, a licensed veterinarian determines that your monkey has a congenital or hereditary defect that affects health—or that the monkey died from such a defect—you have the same options as outlined above. You must notify the seller of the examining veterinarian’s name, address, and phone number within 2 days of certification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of rights.

1. Prompt Veterinary Examination of Your Pet Capuchin Monkey for Sale

By purchasing a pet capuchin monkey , you agree to take the monkey to a licensed veterinarian promptly. We recommend that this initial visit occurs within 48 hours of arrival. This ensures that no health issues arose during shipping and allows your veterinarian to become familiar with your new companion.

2. Responsibility After Delivery

We are not responsible for exposure to diseases after your pet capuchin monkey for sale leaves our possession. Limit contact with unknown people or animals, and avoid areas with a high risk of disease. Treat your monkey as carefully as a newborn infant.

3. Guarantee Validation

The health guarantee is valid only after a veterinarian examines your monkey within 48 hours at your expense. If your  capuchin monkey  shows any signs of illness, take them to the vet immediately.

4. Health Records, Vaccinations, and De-worming

Every pet capuchin monkey for sale is vet-checked, has a health certificate, and has received initial vaccinations and de-worming. Follow-up shots and ongoing de-worming are the responsibility of the new owner to ensure lifelong health.

5. Congenital or Hereditary Defects

If your  monkey  is diagnosed with a life-threatening congenital or hereditary condition, provide a vet-signed statement. The monkey must be returned before a replacement of equal value is delivered.

6. Veterinary Costs

The breeder is not responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred after your pet capuchin monkey  leaves our care.

7. Transfer of Ownership

The health guarantee is null and void if the monkey is sold or transferred to a third party.

8. Stress and Blood Sugar Awareness

Smaller monkeys may experience stress-induced drops in blood sugar. As the new owner of a pet capuchin monkey for sale, you are responsible for monitoring this and taking corrective actions if needed.

9. Acceptance of Medical History

Purchasers of a pet capuchin monkey for sale accept the monkey’s medical history and assume responsibility for ongoing care, including veterinary services.

10. Autopsy Clause and Replacement Policy

In the event of death, the breeder reserves the right to request an autopsy at the purchaser’s expense. If fault is determined, a replacement pet capuchin monkey for sale will be provided. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

11. Shot Records and Ongoing Vaccinations
